What is the content calendar feature?+
Content calendar leads are your own content ideas to draft and publish on social platforms. They are distinguished by the "content_calendar" tag and use a special content:// profile URL. Filter them using the Type dropdown on the leads page.
What is the difference between leads and contacts?+
Leads represent potential prospects you are engaging with for a specific business. Contacts are the actual people behind leads — a single contact can be linked to multiple leads across different businesses. Identities link contacts across platforms.
Can I manage multiple businesses?+
Yes! Create as many businesses as you need to organize leads by client, project, or campaign. Each business has its own set of leads, contacts, and agents.
